As Brazil is a tropical country, it is very difficult to reconcile wine decanting and the correct serving temperature in warmer areas.

Check the ideal temperatures for serving each wine and think about the climate in your city:
White wines
- Light whites: 6 to 8°
- Woody or aged whites: 10 to 12°
- fortified whites: 10 to 12°C
Rosé wines
- between 8 and 12°.
Sparkling wines
- between 6° and 12°C
Red wines
- Light reds: 12 to 14°C
- Unwooded and/or young reds: 14 to 16°C
- Medium reds: 16°C
- Full-bodied and/or aged reds: 16°C
- Port and fortified wines in general: 14°C
